PacVac leak detection system is an intuitive piece of equipment. Packs are placed
in a water-filled chamber, the head space above the water level is evacuated using
a venturi vacuum (compressed air) system. Leaks and their location are identified
by a stream of bubbles or the ingress of methylene blue dye once the vacuum cycle
is ended. Testing takes under 30 seconds. The tank is tough and clear, thus providing
complete visibility of the process.
The PacVac package testing system is offered complete with our validation service
using 12.5 and 25 micron calibrated holes. Prices start at just £3,000 or £4,000
including validation!
