We selected the Fermant range of impulse sealers, which are available in a variety
of size formats, seal width options and single of two-sided heating. They offer
an economical route to an extremely robust sealing process.
Where machine validation is of particular importance, we have selected a choice
of constant heat bar sealers. The bench-top Belco PM EL18 and PLC 10 medical pouch
sealer, and the Temposeal roll stand from JR Maruani. Both systems are available
in a variety of sizes and formats and designed specifically for clean room use
and medical device packaging validation.
