Some product defects can be hidden from view: a frayed guide wire inside its tubing coil, a misaligned assembly in an injector pen or an inhaler, or a foreign object inside a pack. Equipment from MET uses low powered X-Rays to see inside your product.

This CE marked inherently safe unit delivers X-ray photographs showing hidden details of products and inside packaging. A robot (4 axis) positions the device for examination within the test chamber and can move it or rotate it for video footage. The radiation used is low energy and is contained within the chamber with full safety interlocks. Single phase power is required.

Optical magnification of 6x is backed up by software zoom and image enhancement. Accurate measurements can be taken from still shots and frozen video footage.
