No need to stock a wide variety of blisters any more!
Available exclusively from MET in the UK and Eire, the Ramac 525 is a semi-automatic rotary machine producing blister trays on demand, ready for loading and sealing. It is also capable of respectively forming or sealing and is designed for low to medium production volumes.
Fully PLC-controlled, multiple programmes can be stored with all production parameters which, together with an intuitive colour touch display, make for very quick and easy changes between programmes or rapid set-up of new parameters. With detailed monitoring of performance, this equipment delivers very cost-effective validated forming and sealing.

It features 2 stations forming or sealing blisters. Trays stay in their mould between forming and sealing, thus reducing distortion and inventory requirements.
Different operating temperatures can be set for blister forming and blister sealing. This is a useful option to guarantee seal quality when a higher temperature is needed to seal than is needed for the forming process.
A mould cooling system can be connected to the machine, ensuring consistent mould temperatures when required by the blister material, the forming process, or when needed for validation purposes.
