Medical Pouch Sealers
From a large choice available on the market and to anticipate your needs, we have selected a range of (bench-top) medical pouch sealers that deliver excellent seals time after time, with overriding concerns for reliability and validation of output. We offer a choice of both impulse sealers and constant temperature sealers, the latter offering the great advantage of providing in-process data as well as information on key parameters for validation purposes.

Impulse Bar Sealer
The Fermant line is designed for clean-room use and is available in several size formats, seal width and length options and single of two-sided heating. Fermant offers an economical route to an extremely robust sealing process.

- Multiple programming options including pre-heating cycles
- Double electro-magnet to ensure even pressure right across the sealer
- Digital control of sealing, cooling time and temperature
- Current monitoring throughout the sealing cycle to ensure constant temperature
- Cooling bars for high volume production

Constant Heat Bar Sealers
Where machine validation is a requirement, constant heat bar sealers are the answer. MET offers a choice of 3 bench-top medical pouch sealers: Belco Packaging System's PM EL18 and PLC18 and JR Maruani's Temposeal. They are available in several sizes and formats and designed specifically for use in the clean room.
