Medical Device Packaging Machines
Our range of packaging machines is specifically suited to the medical industry. It includes a comprehensive selection of semi- or fully-automatic 4-sided-seal pouch making machines, pouch sealers (impulse and constant heat), a combined blister tray former/sealer and blister tray sealers. This range of machines caters for trial runs, low-volume production and multiple size packs with simple, quick change-over features right through to very high output production with equipment that incorporates many QA and product processing functions.
All machines are CE marked and designed for clean room operation. They are calibrated and easy to validate against ISO 11607 and/or other packaging standards.
For packing dressings, flexible catheters and tubes, small components and IVDs, choose the JR Maruani range of pouch machines, delivering consistent quality of permeable and impermeable packs, peel-open or tear-open pouches.
For items with a larger cross section, orthopaedic devices, rigid catheters and drug delivery systems, choose from the Belco range of blister tray sealers or the Ramac former/sealer, offering increased product protection and volume. Compatible with all sterilisation methods.
